Menyuam Ntsuag is the Hmong language term for orphan. Menyuam means child, and Ntsuag means bamboo shoot, a young singular root; although in a groove, it must grow on its own.
Here are photos of many of the children for whom Minors provided resettlement and related support at refugee camps in Thailand in the 1980s-90s. Most of these photos were taken at Ban Vinai camp, and others at camps in Chiang Kham, Phanat Nikhom, and Wat Tham Krabok.
