30 Years Ago Minors' Resettlement Case # 35, 16 year old Shoua gets his fingerprints taken before his ID photo, after being accepted as an Unaccompanied Minor for resettlement by the U.S., at Ban Vinai refugee camp, Thailand, in 1984.
