Impact Terrain - Minors' staff inspect our (rented) vehicle after it went over a cliff when its driver forgot to engage parking brake during a school visit in Lai Chau province.
Flat tires are not considered breakdowns, as they are routine. The breakdown above was the new jack; it turned out to be fake. We will alert the manufacturer in China, asap.

Minors, Inc.

Minors was established as a 501 (c) (3) Organization at Mankato, Minnesota, in 1984, originally as Minors In Need Of Resettlement, to provide family reunification and related assistance to orphaned and abandoned children in refugee camps in Thailand. Since 1990 we have worked to serve severely impoverished highland ethnic minority communities in Laos and Viet Nam. In the U.S., we have co-created Hmong language resources with schools in Minnesota since 2018.
